Position Summary

Credit One Bank is looking for a Systems Engineer to support the overall growth of the organization. This position will be primarily responsible for managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting a highly available, 24x7, infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and articulate, familiar with Microsoft operating systems (Windows Server 2012, 2016 or newer), related software technologies and have a proven history of using administrative tools and automating routine administration tasks.

Essential Job Functions:

• Work independently and collaborate with team members to troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis, identify, isolate, and implement fix actions
• Take ownership of resolution efforts and commit to “doing what it takes” to resolve technical issues
• Collaborate with members of other teams
• Full-time position with on-call duties
• Taking initiative to find and/or improve areas for automations
• Support and Maintain an Active Directory domain
• Support and Maintain our Office 365 Tenant
• Support and Maintain all Windows-based servers
• Certificates, public and private
• IIS Deployment and Configuration
• DNS
• Perform other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

• 5+ years experience with Windows Server OS
• 5+ years experience with Active Directory supporting multiple sites
• Office 365 Administrative experience, to include Azure Identity services, Security and Compliance
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively and follow up to ensure achievement of deadlines, outcomes, and results
• Demonstrate company core values of excellence, ownership, collaboration, and integrity

• Powershell
• Terraform, Infrastructure as Code
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
