Position Summary
Credit One Bank is looking for an individual to manage and monitor daily cash management transactions, report cash operation activities, and execute borrowing/investment transactions.
Summary of Essential Job Functions
- Treasury Operations Department Team Lead for the daily cash management function:
- Fedwire activities
- Correspondent bank activities
- ACH activities
- Preparing daily journal entries
- Supervisor of four (4) Treasury Operations Associates
- Coaching
- Performance reviews
- Monitors daily cash position
- Performs transactions and resolves errors
- Prepare short-term cash flow projections
- Day-to-day contact with bank relationships
- Responsible for the unclaimed property process
- Executes borrowings
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 7+ years of experience working in a back-office function at a bank (including Fedwire)
- 3+ years of ACH processing experience
- Advanced user of Excel
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively and follow up to ensure achievement of personal and team-related deadlines, outcomes, and results
- Demonstrate company core values of excellence, ownership, collaboration, and integrity
Preferred
- AAP certification
- Check processing experience
- Familiar with unclaimed property rules
