Position Summary
Credit One Bank is looking for Print Production Associate I to join the Marketing Operations team, supporting the overall growth of the organization through the Direct Mail channel. This position will be primarily responsible for helping to plan and execute marketing campaigns that acquire new customers. Working on projects to improve the effectiveness of our efforts and collaborating with other teams on new initiatives.
The ideal candidate will work closely with internal and external partners to ensure that direct mail campaigns are deployed on time and error-free. Working knowledge of the direct mail production environment will be key in providing solutions to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Summary of Essential Job Functions:
Project management skills are critical to the job function. These skills will be put to the task to oversee the execution of direct mail campaigns with our production team and vendors.
Support efforts to execute direct mail campaigns by:
- Ensuring the timely coordination and completion of multiple projects and responsibilities
- Collaborating with marketing strategy team on print specific requirements for direct mail, inclusive of any new testing around formats and designs
- Working with print vendors to report on mail delivery, identifying and alerting internal partners of any issues with mail delivery
- Managing an offer matrix that drives what the offer strategy is by audience
- Understanding of costs associated with print production
- Performing other duties as assigned
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years of print production experience
- Credit card or financial services experience a plus
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, analytical skills, and project management experience
- Proficient in Tableau, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to collaborate effectively and follow up to ensure achievement of deadlines, outcomes, and results
- Demonstrate company core values of excellence, ownership, collaboration, and integrity
- This position could have up to 10% travel
