Credit One Bank Information Management Leadership Program 

Early Acceptance Applications: September 11  - October 30

Late Acceptance Applications: January 15 - March 15 

Position Summary

The Information Management Leadership Program (IMLP) is a two-year rotational leadership program that provides recent college graduates the opportunity to work in technical roles at Credit One Bank. Throughout the program, associates will spend three, eight-month rotations within various IT focus areas; including: Development, Infrastructure, Quality & Certification, Data, Production Management, and Demand Management. In addition to on-the-job learning through time spent in their rotations, associates will be equipped with the technical and soft skills training to develop into future leaders for the company. 

 Position Requirements:

• Must have completed a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (or related field) by July 2024.
• At least a 3.0 GPA in pursuit of a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Must be willing to relocate to Las Vegas, NV (relocation assistance is provided)

Preferred:

• Previous work experience in financial services/consumer credit card industry
• Previous work experience in customer service.

Program Dates:

July 2024 - July 2026

Goals of the Program:

 Provide the technical and soft-skills training for IMLP associates to become well-integrated into Credit One Bank’s culture and to add value to the IT organization.

• Expand the associates’ network to senior leadership to position themselves for a long-term trajectory at Credit One Bank.
• Foster camaraderie and team-building between IMLP class members as they engage on a two-year journey together.
