Position Summary 

  
The Treasury Operations Support Representative will act as Fedline Operator and Treasury Operations support.   
   

Summary Essential Job Functions:  

  • Fedline:
    • FRB FedACH and Fedwire Inbound and outbound transmissions, including but not limited to ACH and wire transmissions.
    • Daily Fed Funds / correspondent banking transactions and balancing.
    • Daily Treasury Operations journal entries.
    • Preparation and transmittal of weekly electronic cash deposits.
    • Prepare, and balance, vendor application reporting systems. 
  • Treasury Operations Support:
    • Monitor and analyze the Daily Cash Position
    • Daily Payments Wire reconciliation and ancillary support documentation.
    • Facility advance and pay down requests as needed to ensure adequate borrowing capacity.
    • Monthly facility interest payments.
    • Unclaimed property maintenance and reconciliation.
    • Adhere to month-end cut-off schedules for reconciliation of all cash related accounts, all month-end processes, and all related journal entries.
    • Provide information in connection with external and internal audits and monitor cash management activities to ensure compliance.
    • Assist other departments (e.g., Audit, Accounting) with information requests as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  

Position Requirements 

  • Associate degree or 4 years recent job equivalent experience.
  • Critical thinking skills with the ability to take appropriate action when tasks are outside of normal procedures.
  • Superior organizational skills with the ability to narrowly focus on the details.  
  • Familiarity with journal entry transactions and general ledger software systems.
  • Quick learner with the ability to be flexible and move adroitly among several positions with ease.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a Windows environment, specifically with skill set level as follows:
    • Word – Intermediate:
      • Open, close, create, and format documents.
    • Excel – Intermediate:
      • Open, close, create, and format worksheets.
      • Import or export data to and from a worksheet.
      • Copy formats or formulas within worksheet, preserving existing functionality.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service delivery to internal customers.
