Position Summary 

This person will work with business areas to design presentations and reports for various audiences. An expert at graphic design, this person will understand the business’s/project’s needs and purpose, identify the audience, conceptualize the data and create a visually powerful presentation that accurately conveys the desired message. This individual is expected to have strong collaboration, critical thinking, analytical, and communication skills; is detail-oriented, and can work both independently and collaboratively. This individual will report to the VP of Risk Technology Modernization and will be a shared resource across Risk for various reporting and presentation needs. The person selected for this position will be responsible for identifying and creating comprehensive presentations, reports and dashboards to assist Department Leaders, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and teams manage the bank-wide initiatives for the prioritized book of work. 

 

Essential Job Functions:

  • Create Risk-related presentations, proposals, recommendations, and reports; data may come from a variety of tools/data sources to provide transparency, updates, and status around Initiatives and Production work.
  • Create visualizations in various formats that deliver uniform content, consistent tone, correct branding and proper messaging.
  • Create other Risk-related reporting and executive dashboards
  • Create other Risk-related presentations such as Quarterly Business Reviews, Lender Decks and various vendor-driven materials
  • Create content in SharePoint for all teams to access on-demand
  • Create digital communications templates to be used across the Risk department
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Position Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience or bachelor’s degree
  • Experience working with teams of business analysts and working collaboratively with program managers and product owners on messaging and delivery
  • A track record of conceiving and delivering innovative solutions that support effective messaging and communication
  • Strong knowledge of technology agile delivery methodologies; Kanban, Scrum, and Scaled Agile
  • Experience working in Jira
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills with the desire to exceed expectations
  • Ability to 'spot' emerging issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office
  • SharePoint experience preferred.
