Position Summary

Credit One Bank is looking for a Business Analyst to support the systems, programs, and applications unique to Digital Bank and be a resource for the Product Owners and subject matter experts within the Digital Bank function.


Summary Essential Job Functions

  • Support projects and daily functions involving the systems, programs and applications.
  • Become an expert with the systems, programs and applications configuration/features/functions.
  • Be familiar with dependencies of the systems, programs and applications with internal and external systems/functions.
  • As necessary, trouble shoot and remediate issues with vendors and internal systems supporting the Digital Bank functions.
  • Work with users, IT professionals, and senior-level management.
  • Write user stories to support agile initiatives for the systems, programs, applications.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (i.e. computer science)
  • 5-7 years of experience in position with applicable business analyst experience
  • Competent with Word and Excel
  • Familiarity with rest API’s (postman/JSON)
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project/time management skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and follow up to ensure achievement of deadlines, outcomes, and results.
  • Demonstrate company core values of excellence, ownership, collaboration, and integrity.
  • Collaborate with team members and conduct deep dive analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication, problem-solving, and project/time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and execute with speed and accuracy.

  • Familiarity with JIRA and JIRA Align
  • Understanding of Cloud native applications
  • Managed systems configurations
  • Work history to include acting as a liaison between IT and end users on systems, programs and applications functions and features.
