Position Summary
Credit One Bank is looking for a highly qualified Business Operations Analyst with expertise in the Fraud space. The person in this role will lead the collaboration between Quality, Training, and other Operations teams to ensure the Fraud Operations department is ready respond to business issues or changes.
Essential Job Functions
- Understand current state and design future state processes that deliver value to card members and fraud operations.
- Provide training and mentoring to drive quantifiable improvement in delivery performance, effectiveness, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with Quality and Training and serve as the Subject Matter Expert to ensure both teams are equipped to deliver the necessary objectives.
- Lead efforts to conduct targeted reviews and deep dive analysis to identify gaps within fraud claims processing.
- Serve as a liaison between Fraud Operations and Knowledge Management to ensure all of the process are well documented and up to date.
- Conduct Refresher sessions for all front-line investigators based on current business trends or needs.
- Assist Management during audit examinations responding to observations, case samples and any other requests that may be presented.
- Ensure compliance and alignment with regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Understand and comply with internal and external policies, laws, and regulations.
- Demonstrate company core values of excellence, ownership, collaboration, and integrity.
- Stay up to date of all processes within the department by working production cases at least 2 hours a month.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
- 2 -4 years of experience in Financial Services, Fraud and/or Anti Money Laundry a plus.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Ability to engage employees and drive performance.
- High level of competency in Jira, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Takes the initiative to start and lead initiatives.
- Great organizational, planning and multitasking skills.
