The Process Accounting Supervisor is primarily responsible for managing a team of Process Accounting representatives, ensuring responsibilities are performed timely and accurately. The Supervisor will provide support and guidance to the team, as well as produce various reporting and act as backup for the Process Accounting Manager.
Summary of Essential Job Functions
Support the department leads in the daily allocation of responsibilities
Be a resource to all team members, providing guidance on handling daily processes
Prepare daily productivity reports and hold one-on-one meetings with all direct reports monthly
Identify areas for process improvement and efficiencies
Assist the Manager with maintaining procedures and ensuring any applicable updates and/or changes are documented accordingly
Review and approve Credit Balance Refunds, Check Requests, and ACH Pushes
Resolve complex Process Accounting transaction issue
Become a subject matter expert for all systems and processes utilized by the team
Collaborate within the department and cross-functionally for assigned projects
Perform other duties as assigned
Position Requirements
High School Diploma and minimum 5 years in a Customer Service/Production environment
Minimum 3 years experience in a supervisory or managerial position
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel including VLookups & Pivot Tables
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Background in retail banking or Credit card banking
