Position Summary

This person will identify reporting needs, then create and manage the Reporting process and be a key contributor toward Credit One Bank being an industry leader in IT execution and delivery. This individual is expected to have strong leadership, collaboration, critical thinking, analytical, and communication skills; is detail oriented, and has the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. This individual will report to the VP of Demand Management & IT Reporting. The person selected for this position will be responsible for identifying and creating comprehensive reports and dashboards to assist Product Owners, Capability Leads, Scrum Masters, and teams to manage the bank-wide initiatives for the prioritized book of work. 


Summary of Essential Job Function

  • Create boards, dashboards, and reporting using data from Jira and Jira Align
  • Complete analysis on data gathered to identify gaps in processes, issues or risks to initiative delivery, and opportunities to streamline processes or improve the ability to identify and deliver initiatives with the greatest business value
  • Create other IT related reporting; data may come from a variety of tools/data sources to provide transparency, updates, and status around Initiatives and Production work
  • Create content in SharePoint to store reporting that cannot be created and viewed directly in Jira or Jira Align
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Project Management)
  • Strong knowledge of technology agile delivery methodologies; Kanban, Scrum, and Scaled Agile
  • Experience working in Jira and Jira Align
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills with the desire to exceed expectations
  • Experience working with teams of software developers, designers, and working collaboratively with product managers on solution delivery is preferred
  • A track record of conceiving and delivering innovative solutions that support the delivery of technology
  • Ability to 'spot' emerging issues and escalate when necessary
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office
  • SharePoint experience preferred
