The NetSuite Administrator position is onsite at our corporate office in fabulous Las Vegas, NV. This role will be responsible for configuring and maintaining NetSuite for Credit One Bank. The NetSuite Administrator will collaborate with team members across all business functions and external development teams to perform customizations, resolve user issues, as well as define processes within NetSuite.
Essential Job Functions:
Liaise with different departments and multiple business disciplines.
Create relevant reports and KPIs with NetSuite Dashboard.
Develop reporting and maintain existing report designs in NetSuite and NSPB.
Meet business needs in configurations and customizations with NetSuite.
Oversee NetSuite integration, implementation, and testing.
Support data import process and migration issues with all NetSuite updates.
Create custom record types, fields, forms, roles, and permissions on page layouts, searches, and reports within NetSuite.
Develop and conduct training sessions across departments.
Handle all future implementations including expense reporting, NetGain, and A/P automation.
Maintain ongoing system updates and technical support for NetSuite System
Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
Have a strong understanding of billing, account payments, A/R, general ledger, reporting and auditing.
Specialize in NetSuite ERP program with prior experience with NetSuite CRM, eCommerce,NSPB, SmartView, Inventory, Accounts Payable, Financial Statement Reporting, ODBC Driver, Analytics, Fixed Assets, Banking, Procurement, JavaScript, workflows.
Fully proficient in custom record types, fields, forms, roles and permissions, page layouts, searches and reports, and NetSuite data model.
Provide strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
Demonstrate strong leadership skills with exceptional communication skills.
NetSuite Administrator Certification preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent of 3+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite customizations and data migration
Extensive experience as a business systems analyst.
Experienced in demonstrating experience with CRM or ERP systems.
