Position Summary

Please note, this is not a technical Product Manager role and requires someone who has experience managing a Credit Card product or Credit Risk strategy from a financial, revenue and strategy standpoint. The Product Management Team is responsible for profitability expanding our product line with innovative credit card offerings and features, while also managing our existing products to meet financial hurdles. In this role, you'll report directly to the Vice President of Product Management.

Summary of Essential Job Functions

  • Provide strategic product direction and oversight to ensure consistency, best-in-class product performance, and experience
  • Manage product profitability to meet financial hurdles.
  • Ensure the timely coordination and completion of projects.
  • Enhance products to be competitive and increase market share.
  • Identify, develop business cases, share findings and make recommendations to senior management for enhancements to assigned Product(s)
  • Build partnerships across the organization


Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • 7+ years of relevant work experience in a similar role in a professional corporate environment.
  • Detail-oriented and ability to quickly assimilate and analyze large amounts of information.
  • Sufficient self-confidence and ability to propose new ideas and solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • A willingness to take ownership of the role and a keen ability to partner with stakeholders to understand their needs and drive solutions from start to finish.


Preferred (Not Required)

  • Consumer credit card industry experience
