Position Summary 

Credit One Bank is looking for Digital Marketing Specialist to join the Portfolio Marketing team and work on strategic efforts that support the overall growth of the organization. As a member of the Portfolio Marketing team, this position will be primarily responsible for helping to plan and execute omni-channel marketing campaigns to existing card members. Working on projects to improve the effectiveness of our efforts and collaborating with other teams on new initiatives.  
 
Project management skills are critical to this role. These skills will be required to oversee the creation of creative concepts and execution of omni-channel campaigns across direct mail, email, mobile, and web.   

Summary of Essential Job Functions: 

  • Create omni-channel marketing campaigns, that are designed to drive response, based on product segments
  • Develop marketing content for Email, Direct Mail, Push Notifications, Mobile App, and Web
  • Supervise the execution of marketing strategies across channels. Ensure accurate execution of strategies and tests
  • Compile and analyze campaign performance to assist with planning future tests, inclusive of developing the test design(s) 
  • Use historical data to develop forecasts of campaign performance post deployment 
  • Collaborate with internal partners to evaluate and improve on fulfillment experience
  • Conduct competitive offer and creative analysis using industry tools 
  • Work on ad-hoc projects as required 

Position Requirements:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business, marketing, or related field 
  • 2+ years of marketing experience 
  • Strong understanding of Affiliate Marketing, Partnership Marketing, Email Marketing, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Display Marketing and/or Referral Marketing and be familiar with a variety of these fields’ concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • 2+ years of experience conducting analysis using web analytical, a/b testing, and affiliate management tools / platforms like Adobe/Omniture, WebTrends, Coremetrics, Google Analytics, Adobe Target, Optimizely, Kenshoo, Marin, DoubleClick, Commission Junction, Rakuten, Impact Radius and/or other similar tools.
  • Serve as reporting expert for the team by developing report requests and interpreting data
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to drive the evolution of a program through the application of data insights.
  • Ability to tell a meaningful story rooted in data-based insights.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience driving campaigns from concept through to execution and post-campaign analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
