Position Summary
Credit One Bank is seeking a Technologist to join the Risk Technology Modernization team. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the transition to open-source. Leveraging your business and technical knowledge, you we be updating data models and process flows. You will work with the business stakeholder, IT and the internal team to simplify, standardize and optimize. The work basket will include a mix of advanced technical coding, QA, assisting team members with design and technical challenges.

Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technology area.
- 5-7 years experience in data analysis, process modeling in financial services
- Ability to manipulate large data sets utilizing Spark/PySpark, Python and SQL.
- Previous experience using Spark/PySpark and Airflow is preferred.
- Must have excellent design, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Ability to collaborate.
- Demonstrate company core values of excellence, ownership, collaboration, and integrity.
- Must be detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, and highly complex environment.
- Must have well-developed organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple and sometimes competing priorities.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of Pega WCM or other Work Case Management solutions.
- SAS, Tableau development.
