Credit One Bank is looking for an Assistant Vice President - Account Services to join the Marketing Communications team and lead account and project management with a team of 4 account managers. The Marketing Communications team is comprised of two arms, Accounts and Creative, and is responsible for leveraging industry and consumer knowledge to deliver impactful marketing communications campaigns and assets.
This position will guide the management and execution of internal client projects that support the Bank’s business, revenue, and brand strategy goals across all marketing channels. The ideal candidate will be a career-oriented Marketing Communications professional who is process-oriented, highly organized with ability to manage multiple tasks independently, and comfortable working in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment. Summary of Essential Job Functions
Consult with internal clients and business leaders across the organization to develop effective internal and external marketing and communications campaigns utilizing print and digital mediums
Lead the transformation of high-level concepts into executable campaigns that are innovative and market-driven
Utilize project management system (Workamajig) to maintain tools and resources such as project workflows, project request forms, reports and dashboards
Develop and maintain production volume reports and dashboards to measure the team's activities, deliverables, and capacity, regularly reporting results to department leaders
Prioritize and assign projects while considering defined SLAs and team capacity
Ensure all marketing assets adhere to brand guidelines as well as quality and compliance standards
Collaborate with internal and external graphic designers to deliver projects on time and on budget
Lead, manage, and coach Account Services team members – 4 reports
Partner with the Creative Director to support the department’s operational effectiveness
Manage and execute client projects as needed
Other duties as assigned
Position Requirements and Key Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
10+ years of relevant experience
Experience leading and managing direct and indirect reports through performance management, coaching, and mentoring
Strong project management, prioritization, and time management skills
Strong client and relationship management skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to negotiate and present strong rationale across all levels of the organization
Solution-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Strong analytical and decision-making ability
Adaptable to change with ability to inspire business transformation
Results-oriented with a focus on execution and delivery
High-level proficiency with Microsoft Office
Knowledge of financial services industry and trends a plus
