Credit One Bank is looking for an Ancillary Product Associate III to join the Card Programs Team to help manage our Ancillary programs which include Authorized User, Credit Protection, Premium Card Designs, and Paperless. The person in this role will be responsible for monitoring program performance, building and maintaining customer journey flows, identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and deliver incremental revenue, and manage cross-functional teams to implement program enhancements.
Summary of Essential Job Functions
End-to-end management of the Authorized User program, where customers can share their credit card with someone.
End-to-end management of the Premium Card program, where customers can select different card designs for a fee.
Management of these programs will include partnering with internal stakeholders to develop and execute marketing strategies to deliver incremental program enrollments and identifying program enhancements that improve the customer experience and optimize revenue and managing initiatives to realize revenue opportunities.
Operational management of the programs includes maintaining Operating Procedures and program reference documents, monitoring program performance, issues identification, and issues resolution.
Position Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
4+ years of relevant work experience in a similar role in a professional corporate environment.
2+ years of Project Management experience
Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects through a successful launch
Proven ability to navigate many different departments and build trust and develop strong relationships to drive consensus and achieve results
Proven track record of building strategies that drive revenue
Proven track record of creating analyses with recommendations that were implemented with measurable results
Proven track record of identifying viable solutions to business problems and implementing them
Strong analytical skills
Strong communication skills – verbal and written
Experience creating process flows and procedures documents
Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Preferred (Not Required)
Consumer credit card industry experience.
Experience using Visio or Lucid Charts, Power BI, SAS, SQL, and Tableau
