Position Summary
We are currently looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst to join Credit One's Decision Management team. The team’s mission is to leverage data and analytical techniques to facilitate future Bank growth by shaping information into a single point of decision for the organization. In this role you will be primarily tasked with providing insights to several Marketing departments by reviewing performance and identifying opportunities to help Marketing teams improve, analyzing and reporting on strategies and tests, and presenting findings to upper management. Additional responsibilities include requirement gathering, project management, solution development, and statistical analysis.
Summary of Essential Job Functions
- Seek out ways to improve the business through process or optimized strategies
- Provide data insights, analysis solutions, and recommendations using appropriate technologies, such as dashboards, reports, scripts, micro-apps, ETLs, etc....
- Gather requirements from business development associates and clarify needs
- Structure and analyze A/B tests with statistical significance calculations
- Present findings to upper management and make recommendations for improvements
- Perform periodic audits on team reporting
- Utilize database tools to manage, manipulate and analyze large sets of data
- Perform ad-hoc analysis as requested, amid larger, long-term projects
Position Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
- Three to five years of experience in data analysis
- A thorough knowledge of writing SQL queries
- Familiarity or working experience with any scripting language (Python is a plus!)
- Advanced excel skills and the ability to build, understand, and follow complex models
- A passion for data
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working collaboratively as part of a small team on a day-to-day basis
- Exceptionally detail-oriented and analytically savvy with strong research skills
- Comfortable with public speaking, whether prepared or impromptu

- Financial industry analytics experience
