Position Summary
The Mail Room Operations Representative position processes a high volume of customer contacts via inbound telecommunications network and mail.
Summary of Essential Job Functions
- Understand the procedures and policies involved in the customer service process.
- Receive and respond to verbal and written commands from supervisory personnel.
- Demonstrate customer service skills.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
- Proven verbal and written communication skills in a fast paced, high-volume telephone and/or correspondence environment.
- Excellent listening and problem resolution skills. Research ability and attention to detail is required. Good interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Must be highly flexible and quality focused. Must be a self-starter with a sense of urgency and work within the team dynamic.
- Working Monday is required.
