Position Summary
Credit One Bank is seeking an Assistant Vice President of Strategic Partnerships to manage and grow key strategic relationships. The Assistant Vice President of Strategic Partnerships will serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring strong partner alignment and accountability. This Assistant Vice President is responsible for deepening engagement with high-impact network partners and collaborating cross-functionally to identify and advance initiatives that drive measurable business results.
Summary of Essential Job Functions
- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned strategic relationships
- Maximize partner performance by managing a cohesive partnership and network strategy (across Visa/American Express/MasterCard)
- Build and optimize strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Ensure partners meet performance expectations and fulfill contractual obligations
- Support contact negotiations, partnering with senior leadership and Legal on key terms
- Identify and evaluate joint initiatives that align with strategic goals and drive value
- Monitor competitive landscape to inform acquisition and engagement strategies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Development, IT, Risk Management, and Marketing Channel Owners to build and launch products/campaigns in support of partnerships
- Track and assess program performance and recommend actions based on insights
- Perform other duties as needed to support Partnership success and organizational goals.
Position Requirements
- 7-10 years marketing experience
- 3-5 years of client or account management experience
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Preferred (Not Required)
- Master's degree in related field
- Consumer Credit Card industry experience
