Position Summary
Credit One Bank is looking for a Senior Account Executive, Partnerships, to manage and grow key strategic partnerships. This position will be responsible for deepening relationships with key partners and collaborating cross-functionally to identify growth opportunities that deliver measurable results. The Senior Account Executive, Partnerships will lead both internal and external efforts to ideate and execute marketing campaigns to acquire new members and enhance the value of existing customer relationships.
Summary of Essential Job Functions
- Primary point of contact of assigned partner relationships
- Ensure the Bank is optimizing partnerships and maintaining a network strategy (across Visa/American Express/MasterCard)
- Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with internal and external partners
- Hold partners accountable for performance and delivering on contractual SLAs
- Support contract negotiations, working closely with leadership team and Legal on deal points
- Assist in identifying, supporting, and assessing initiatives to meet strategic goals between partners and Bank
- Analyze competitive landscape to understand product offerings, industry trends etc.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Development, IT, Risk Management, and Marketing Channel Owners to build and launch products/campaigns in support of partnerships
- Continually monitor and evaluate program targets and act as necessary
- Conduct program governance to ensure all contractual obligations are met
- Perform other duties as assigned
Position Requirements
- 7-10 years marketing experience
- 3-5 years of client or account management experience
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Preferred (Not Required)
- Master's degree in related field
- Consumer Credit Card industry experience
