Position Summary

 
Credit One Bank is seeking an HR Project Specialist to join our team. The HR Project Specialist will be responsible for supporting a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for supporting employees and fostering a positive company culture, and will gain a comprehensive understanding of HR policies and procedures.
 

Summary Essential Job Functions

  • Support the Talent Acquisition function through auditing applicable processes
  • Serve as the Talent Acquisition point of contact for the HR Risk Control Self-Assessment process through partnership with Employee Relations
  • Aid in the implementation and rollout of new ATS system
  • Support the execution of recruiting plans for open positions, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
  • Provide support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures, including employment laws and regulations
  • Support administrative processes around new hire onboarding and paperwork completion
  • Support performance management activities, including goal-setting reports and performance evaluation reports.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports on Talent Acquisition metrics and trends
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
 

Position Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and HRIS/ATS systems
 

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
  • Previous HR experience, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration preferred
