Position Summary
Credit One Bank is looking for a Talent Management Partner to support the overall growth of the organization. It’s the primary responsibility of the Talent Management Partner to create, implement, and manage all training related activities for Credit One Bank.
Summary Essential Job Functions
- Executes training and development plans designed to improve management and leadership skills through all stages of the employment lifecycle
- Reviews existing training programs; suggests enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning, and retention
- Maintains an understanding of new methods and techniques for training design and delivery
- Partners with department leaders to create training programs specific to department needs
- Develops effective onboarding strategies including orientation and training plans
- Assists with the compliance training process including training lists, LMS set-up, and reporting
- Facilitates required and recommended training sessions
- Performs other duties as assigned
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field
- 3+ years of facilitation experience
- 2+ years’ experience using a learning management system
- Advanced experience in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively and follow up to ensure achievement of deadlines, outcomes, and results
- Previous experience in capturing metrics and producing various reports
- Demonstrate company core values of excellence, ownership, collaboration, and integrity
