Position Summary

Credit One Bank is seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst to support the overall growth of the Marketing team by applying core quality and process improvement methodologies. This position will focus on upholding quality standards for marketing campaigns (both direct and digital) through analysis, performing validations, and training others. The post-holder will use a systematic approach to solve problems and provide issue resolutions and also document and visualize proposals for efficiencies. 
 

Summary of Essential Job Functions

  • Develop new business strategies and models.
  • Oversee the kit and template creation while providing feedback.
  • Identify areas that need improvements and make recommendations.
  • Execute business strategies and lead projects with a desired result of highly quality, effectiveness, and efficiency.
  • Manage the Card Holder Agreement, CHA, processes and procedures.
  • Document business processes/procedures while identifying gaps.
  • Assist QA team in reviews and make sure all requirements are addressed and up to date.
  • Interact with internal and external business partners to achieve cohesiveness and standards are met.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Position Requirements  

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related filed
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a quality assurance capacity
  • Demonstrated experience using reporting and analytical tools (Tableau and MS Excel)
  • Understanding of one or more quality/project management methodologies (Lean Six Sigma/Agile)
  • Collaborate with team members and conduct deep dive analysis
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to convey technical information to non-technical and technical professionals
  • Must demonstrate company core values of excellence, ownership, collaboration and integrity

Preferred

  • SharePoint knowledge (including content/document management, issues lists, reporting)
