Position Summary

Credit One Bank is looking for a career-oriented Senior Motion Designer and Videographer to join the Marketing Communications team. This role reports to the Creative Director and is responsible for concepting, designing, animating, and producing compelling video content that tells the Credit One Bank brand story. The ideal candidate is a strong visual storyteller who thrives in a collaborative environment and is comfortable managing both motion design and hands-on video production, from storyboarding and shooting to editing and finishing.
 

Summary of Essential Job Functions

  • Develop and execute video content that brings the brand to life across internal channels and social media, in line with brand guidelines
  • Create storyboards, style frames, and motion graphics for a range of video deliverables
  • Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, and stakeholders to concept and produce impactful video content
  • Capture high-quality video footage as needed to support brand and campaign objectives
  • Edit video content using creative storytelling techniques that align with the brand voice
  • Present ideas and creative approaches to team members and leadership before execution
  • Ensure quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of all creative materials
  • Support the integration of new creative techniques, design, and social media trends into the team’s workflow
  • Use project management tools and processes to maintain efficiency and organization
  • Perform other duties as assigned

 

Position Requirements

  • Full-time on-site attendance required (Las Vegas, NV) 
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Motion Design, Video Production, Graphic Design)
  • 4–6 years of experience in a creative role involving both motion graphics and video production
  • Demonstrated experience in shooting and editing video content for brand marketing
  • Strong portfolio reel showcasing motion design and video editing capabilities
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Experience with banking or financial services is a plus, but not required
  • Flexibility to occasionally work outside of regular business hours
  • Availability to travel occasionally
 

Skills

  • Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Lightroom
  • Strong understanding of motion design principles, storytelling, and video editing workflows
  • Comfortable with video capture (camera operation, lighting setups, audio capture)
  • Strong collaborator and communicator, able to present and defend ideas clearly
  • Self-starter with great attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
  • Adaptable under tight deadlines and changing priorities
  • Familiarity with project management tools
  • Nice to have: experience with 3D software (Cinema 4D, Blender, etc.)
